Now I know my blog deals mostly with affordable make up but I have a few options you probably use everyday that can be doubled for make up use....

Let's talk about baby powder! Now baby powder can be used for multiple things.. Some people use it in their shoes, some people use it on those bodies and then some people use it on actual babies!! Well I'm here to tell you that it can use with your make up! Baby powder can be used two ways when doing make up...
you can use it as a setting powder for your highlighting. Baby powder is a pretty good alternative when you have ran out of your favorite setting powder.the key is to make sure to apply a light coat when using baby powder especially for deeper complexions. Using to much powder to set a highlight can make you look ghostly and we don't want that!!! Allow it to "cook" or "bake" while you apply the rest of your make up, dust it away afterwards and their you have a beautiful set highlight!!!!
The other way baby powder can be used is to "matify" a satin lipstick. We all know that matte lipsticks, specifically matte liquid lipsticks are all the range right now.. But honestly, they can get pretty pricy and they may not always have that favorite shade you LIVE for... Soooo a pretty cool trick to matify you favorite satin shade is to use baby powder!! You apply the lipstick as normal then apply a very light coat of the baby powder wait about 10 seconds and there you go!!
